Hi guys, just wanted feedback..Im in my 30's, currently Ive been working out for six months, started with 5x5's then to split routines.. I know I grew strong but the results of muscle enlargement is hardly to be seen, Im cutting my calorie intake and taking creatine and aminos. even tried dianabol for 6 weeks, yet I haven't seen any muscular progress.. Im aiming on loosing fats while gaining muscles.. How often should I change my programs, should my cardio be separated? Hope to hear inputs soon... thanks guys...
