This guy I've been seeing (not official) brags ALL the time about how much money he has. He's really nice other than that. I talked to him about it and how I can't have a convo with him without him bragging so much but nothing has changed. Is there a way I can get thru to him and let him know how much it bothers me or should I just end it?

Just be straight up with him. Kinda like an ultimatum. If he keeps talking about his money tell him you don't want to be around him. Tell him it's a turn off and him having all the money in the world doesn't mean anything to you. If he continues on about it and it's bothersome, I'd move on...unless you can put up with it.

Find out if his lying, Ive had a few friends over the years that love to brag about how much money or things they have to turn out they were all complete liars.
I also know some people that love to brag about everything they got even to the first time they meet someone.
These guys are generally douche bags. So this guy your seeing is most likely a douche,

People like that don't change unless they face too much real life aka life-changing experience. Stuff like that doesn't happen easily or when it's needed. Deal with it if you can but don't expect any change.
