Good, strong reps there. Have you increased your arch a little, recently? Only thing I see is that your gym needs better equipment. That rack is tipping back too much for my liking. No good commercial rack should do that.
If my shoulder is up for it, I'll be pushing 250x6 on Monday evening. Hoping I have some more gains left in me while my BW continues to drop.

So the gym is a Snap Fitness here in Berlin VT. Pretty small place, but, it's less than a quarter mile from my house, and my membership is free for a couple of years... So, I can complain, but, I won't... heh.. I agree some better equipment would be nice, but from the owners point of view, not many people are there doing free weights. Many are there for classes, cardio and machines... I make due.
My arch, maybe a little. Check it out, so my bench day is after my squat day, and my squat form has just, until recently blown total @ss. As a general rule my knees and lower back had been killing me going into bench day. Probably caused me to not arch my back previously. Squat form finally 'clicked' recently.. so.. maybe it's a bit more than it was, maybe it's camera angle, maybe it's the fact my bench is sitting high up (note the 25lb plates under the legs) causing me to reach a little more for the floor with my feet... I dunno..
All that said...
GL with that 250 x6... lets see a video
Thanks man.. really stoked to see the forward momentum.. slow perhaps.. but fairly steady. I am really feeling good about having my training sets in the upper half of the 200s... numbers that used to be my 'someday goals'.. etc.. great stuff.
And all you super stars with the epic benches... nothing but motivation !! ha!--

trev how much time do you allow between chest days? Just curious is all, no reason. I'm usually good 5 days later, 4 can be too iffy.
Bench: 295 X 1, 245 X 7, 225 X 11
Incline Bench: 265 X 2, 225 X 7
Dumbbell Bench: 130's X 2
Deadlift: 565 X 1, 405 X 8
Squat: 365 X 1, 315 X 2 ATG
Box Jump: 50" Standing

Well, I hit 250x6 tonight, but no video to prove it, so I guess it really didn't happen. LOL. I simply forgot to hit the record button on my first set, and I didn't have 6 in me on my second. It's all good though. I'll have proof of 255x6 next week. I can feel it. I'm in a good groove right now. Last week of May, I'll do a 1RM again too. I think I might join the 300lb club on that day.
I am wondering where all of the other sub 175 guys are. There's got to be more of us out there.

I am stoked...got my local gym to purchase some chains!
http://www.1st-chainsupply.com/chain...ing/9-027.html
This will help workout the upper part of the movement much faster, instead of letting the bottom part be the lowest common denominator. Anyone else use these already?Bench: 295 X 1, 245 X 7, 225 X 11
Incline Bench: 265 X 2, 225 X 7
Dumbbell Bench: 130's X 2
Deadlift: 565 X 1, 405 X 8
Squat: 365 X 1, 315 X 2 ATG

LOL. I know what your saying. I put up 310 4 times the other day with out anyone else in the gym. I had to use a smith machine. It was the first time I've used a barbell bench in I don't know how long. I always use the dumbbells on bench. I'm at 181lbs. I know I'm not setting any records but it surprised me.
