I'm gonna have to make my first entry my only entry...I've got an issue with my bicep tendon attachment on my right shoulder, and the flat bench press is REALLY aggrivating it. I've swtiched to DB presses instead... I was looking forward to eventually benching my weight, but not at the expense of my shoulder...
But, I can now press 55# DB's!!

Im now at 148 pounds and will probably lose more water weight being off the bcaas but im only 10 pounds from pressing what i did at 155.

I had to do 305 twice today because the first time it didn't touch my chest, really stupid on my part. I failed on 310 but hope to get before the year is up.
Anyway, body weight is 209.4#.

Well im about 146 pressing 220 on the bench press as of today. And i might have been able to do 225 so i should be 9 pounds lighter than i was before doing the same 225 bench press so thats good. Ill post a video when i go for 225 and list my weight. Id like to be 132 doing my max though. Given all of 2012 i should be able to do that.

Well, I got to say congrats to everyone in the competition. I am actually just getting back to where I was when I started this. Got something torn in my shoulder, leave it alone for three weeks, and then it comes right back. Tried different grips, etc. I guess it is my destiny to come in last, LOL. Oh well, someone has to do it.
