    protein or calories

Im cutting on 2000 calories, I had already hit my calories, but didnt have enough protein (missed by about 50grams)

is protein important enough to go over calories?

also, I wanted to clarify its 1g:1lb (lean mass, weight-weight*(bf%/100))

Just call it a day, that's all it is, one day. Take the deficit and call it a win. Your muscles aren't going to fall off.

Nearly everyone says 1g per pound of LBM. I prefer 1g per pound of bodyweight because I like high protein foods.
    Barely decent crew
