    Unhappy Tight Back After Chest Workout

    I have a problem with my upper back between my shoulder blades being tight and knotted up after my chest workouts. It doesn't happen right away but after a couple weeks it gets to the point where i can't even turn my neck anymore and have to take a couple weeks away from the gym. By the time I get back to it I've lost most of my gains. I'm really frustrated but won't give up. Someone please help me, the pain is terrible.
