    Bloating???

I have noticed that I have been very bloated lately. I think I might be lactose sensitive. I'm going to cut out dairy and breads (didn't know it had lactose in it) from my diet for a few weeks to see if it helps. My diet will basically be lean meats, fruits, and veggies. I'm trying to decide if I should include brown rice and oatmeal or cut them out also. Opinions please. Anyone do this and it helped with their bloating as well as fat loss?

    Thanks

Don't cut out all complex carbs! Most people have to be very lactose sensitive in order not be able to tolerate breads and pasta. Still, if you want to avoid baked goods with milk in them, no reason to avoid the other complex carbs like rice, oats, potatoes, quinoa, etc.
