Shoulder and back pain while squatting

Hello, I'm 16 years old, 50-51kg body weight, 164cm height.
I've been doing SS for about 2 months and now I'm squatting 52kg.

In the last 3 sessions I tried squatting 54kg, failing all three attempts on the last rep of the last set. The first time I only had a little pain in the left shoulder area.

2 days later, after failing again, the pain got more intense and also my lower back was in pain.

Today, my shoulder hurt like hell and my lower back gave me a very intense pain, but only for a brief period of time.

How can I detect what's wrong in my squat form? I followed many videos on youtube and even posted here a "squat form check".

Also, my shoulder is still in pain. What can I do to recover quickly?

GO TO A DOCTOR. You obviously injured yourself, nobody here is fit to treat you, stop training, get yourself checked out, recover from injury, then carry on.

I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and I'm going to avoid squats for a while. Are hack squats a good alternative? There is absolutely no pain while I do hack squats.

Do a sufficient warm up and drop the weight and slowly work your way back up. Best of luck

It might be your form, but it might not be. Assuming you're talking about the back squat, if you have shoulder pain, it could be a pre-existing condition. It's possible that you have some type of shoulder impingement, and the abduction and external rotation that you put your shoulders through to get the bar in position could be what is causing the pain.

    Just go see a doctor.
