OK, I tried Greek plain yogurt for the first time, and it's pretty disgusting. I don't really want to add fruit to it because it will ruin the fruit! What do you put it in? A protein shake? Peanut butter? TIA!

If you don't like the sour taste of plain yogurt/greek yogurt, then why buy plain?
Or alternatively...I would say fruit or granola is good, but it sounds like you can't get used to the sourness so...honey? Protein powder? I've also seen people use it in baking as well.www.leangains.com

Exactly don't buy plain otherwise .. Personally the only Plain greek yogurt I ever liked that I tasted was from Chobani (This Shyt is official) .. other than that .. add fruits to it ( straw/blue berries) etc... You could buy Granola and add that too otherwise buy Vanilla greek yogurt or strawberry flavored. ..

- straw/raps/blue-berries
- apple
- banana
- whey
- fruit/chocolate syrup
- peanut butter
- all kinds of cereal, cookies
- candy bars; snickers, mars, etc.
Just cut it into little pieces and make it fit your macros! no need to eat boring plain stuff if you don't like it..Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

It doesn't have to be sweet...
My girlfriend adds chopped garlic and cajun seasoning. You can use it as a "healthy" alternative to mayo in sandwiches, add it to Pasta for a creamy sauce, add it to chilli or a big dollop on top of whatever meat you're eating.★★★ Arsenal FC ★★★

The only use I have found for plain greek yogurt is to add a packet of hidden valley ranch seasoning to use for veggie dip or to spread on a sandwhich when cutting calories. You can add a bit of milk to it to thin it if you want to use it for salad dressing. Sometimes I'll add the ranch packet and some horseraddish (not horseraddish sauce) for something different on a sandwich.
