Meal plan. I have read so many articles on so many pages its not even funny. I am a 240 pound Pacific Islander that is 6'2. Every page I have looked at has plans for people who are smaller than I am. Around the 180 range is what I have seen. I weighed that at 16 playing football. I would like to bulk up then cut later on. I hit the gym for about 2.5 hours at least 6 times a week. I just got back into lifting not that long ago. I have always lacked the knowledge on nutrition though. Any ideas for me? Thanks for your time.
