after seeing all the posts recently about the body-solid calf block I was starting to get a little jealous...so I threw this together with some scraps of 4x4 and 2x4 I had laying around.

Thanks! And hey, you use what you got though right?
I haven't tested it with weight yet but it feels quite grippy with my shoes on as it is, we'll see if it needs any added gripping surface or not.
