    Best age to start competing?

I'm 14 years old and intereseted in competitive bodybuilding. I'm 6ft and over 210 pounds but I don't want to start too early or too late. So what do you guys think is the best age to start competing?
Modern bodybuilding is ritual, religion, sport, art, and science, awash in Western chemistry and mathematics. Defying nature, it surpasses it.

Anytime is a great time for this sport. Its healthy, good fun at any age! Most shows have teen catagories but I don't know the age requirements.

You could try a search for "teen" and see what pops up... Good luck!
Lift heavy thing. Eat protein. Sleep. Repeat.
