Hi, I was just reading about this program and I want to try it in a few months after I complete P90x. I went on his nutrition page, but it only told me the kind of foods to eat like eggs, lean meat, brown rice, etc. I was just wondering, how much should I look on eating per day when I'm on this program? I want to gain muscle mass by the way. Also, with P90X, I am currently consuming about 2,000-2,200 per day. Anyone who's done, or is currently doing Kris' program, please help me! Thank you everyone.
