bulking and body fat
hey guys ive recently started bulking and was wondering how much weight you guys put on.
also i was wondering how big your waist got cos mine is pretty small and i dont want it to get too big but i dont mind if it gets a bit bigger

i'd go for about 15...i know some guys go for alot more though
