    How many calories should i eat on a small cut?

    I weight 157 5 feet 11 inches tall. I weighed 165 earlier in my cut, but im starting to have trouble burning these last 7 pounds for some odd reason. I burn 900 calories alone on the treadmil 4.2 speed 15.0 incline walking on it . I also lift before and do like 4-5 exercises depending what day it is for what body part im training. I eat when maintaining just about 2200-2400 calories a day all healthy foods chicken breast, tuna, haddock, wheat cereals ,skim milk, lentils whole grain spaghetti etc.. So i want to weigh 150 cause i like that very lean feeling so how many calories should i eat? Also i go to bed past 12 am on certain days could that have an effect on my weight loss ? Please just answer my question if your going to post thankyou.

    You don't want to lose more than a pound a week, so if your maintenance is ~2300, eat ~1800 a day. You will be 150 by the end of august.

    im older and shorter than he is and my maintenance is 2300 without doing anything but slight activities. No gym or anything. I can tell you this though doing to much cardio combined with too low of calories will actually cause you to lose less weight. I know because it happened to me.
    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
