Would you HAVE to open a new account just to change your username? Would you have to start all over on your reputation and points and everything? That would stink.
I've been trying to think of some good applicable names for you. All I can really think of is "bruisedknees#1" but I know that's already your license plate on your car so it's not very incognito. Good luck man.
If anyone knows how to change your username without having to start all over, let me know. I wouldn't mind a new name too. I don't want my students recoganizing me either, but then I remembers, my 7th graders can't read well enough to actually go on bb.com

Yeah I'm not sure about the new layout. I hate change when it comes to this sort of thing. I know it's not that different but it'll take some getting used to... and then they'll change it on me again. I don't know what it is... is it that it's more blue now? Maybe that's it... It's very blue. Various shades of blue... Or does the font in the reply boxes look smaller? Like I said, I'll get used to it... My world has been turned uPsIdEdOwN!!! What's kinda annoying is that it takes a while for each page to load and open when I click on something... Maybe it's because since nobody could get on bb.com during prime hours lastnight, everyone called off work and is updating their logs today. Bottom line is we'll get through this together guys.

Looky What I got in the mail today! A little Beta-Cret Action!!!! Here's a pick of my STASH. I know you JELLY!!!
Pre-workout:
1 scoop Blue Razz CONCRET

2 Scoops Beta-Cret
*This was my first time taking Beta-Cret. The BA tingles were not as strong as I would have liked especially with 2 scoops, but the energy was awesome as you will see from this workout log.
**I'm also logging AI Sports TestPro right now. I'm on day three and I take 2 capsules in the AM and two in the PM. So far it seems to really be helping me with sleep. Time will tell if it has other benefits.

I felt FANTASTIC during this workout. I never ran out of energy and I only quit because I had hit the 1 hour and 10 minute mark. I don't like to go over an hour. I was amazed at how easy I was able to get the 275 DL. I was also extremely pleased with the amount of energy I had throughout this workout. Beta-Cret seemed to do it's job. I'll be able to give a better assessment over the next few workout.

What do you think of the Blue Raz Beta-Cret on taste? I got the chance to try the Pineapple Beta-Cret. It's okay IMO. A little watery/bland but that's easily fixed with the amount of water. I'm having great workouts with it, and that is obvioulsy the most important thing, but I'm so used to amazing tasting supplements that when I taste a supplement that is just okay, there is a big difference <<<(that is what we call a run-on sentence in the English department). Anyway, I was just curious about the blue raspberry. Enjoy.

I do not typically like Blue Razz flavors, but I LOVE Blue Razz CONCRET. The Blue Razz Beta isn't hardly as tasty as the CONCRET, but it's still enjoyable. I went with two scoops and about 12 oz. of water. I'll play around with the water amount over the next week to find that sweet spot.
LOL. That's actually my basement. And you should see the Yukon Leg Press that is just to the right in those pix. You can actually see the very tip of the back rest. There are NO gyms anywhere close to me. I had to build my own over the past 10 years. It just got better because a friend hooked me up with 4 more 45 plates this week. Okay. Because I've heard such great things about the taste of Con-Cret (I've never tried it). I was expecting the Beta-Cret to be just as good.
Congrats on the 4 new plates. I saw that you mentioned that in a previous post but I didn't realize you lift mainly out of your house. I thought you got four new plates for your school weight room. This is much more exciting.
edit: oh and if I happen to lose my job and my house (and my wife)in the next couple days, I promise I'll be the best LA teacher you've ever had. I'm good! What's your policy on student-abuse? JK...

I only lift in the school weight room during the summer when no one is there. Starting monday, I will be doing 95% of my workouts in my basement. I'm now up to 10 plates plus my 35's and etc..... I really needed the extra plates for the leg press.
