I feel you E.. Sometimes a bulk diet is harder to stick to than a cut. It's great when you're hungry and you can eat an entire pizza and not feel too guilty, but when there is no food in the house and you know you should be eating, it's stressful. I wish I had a personal cook to just make the food and put it infront of me when it's time to eat. (insert wife joke here)

My wife makes me dinner every day. But for all my little side meals and snacks, I'm on my own. She says she'll get whatever is on my list when she shops, but I never know what to put on the list except for wheat pasta and chicken. So now I have a bunch of frozen chicken that I don't know how to prepare. I take pasta for lunch a lot, but my other meals need work. I'm living on protein shakes.

chicken is pretty easy to cook up. Take some defrosted chicken throw some Lemon pepper on those bad boys and bake for about 20 minutes until the inside temp of the chicken is 180. You could make u enough for a few days. For sides you could make up some brussesl sprouts, just cut them in half and sprinkle some olive oil on them and bake in the oven for about 5 mins. Coucous and some added vegs to it is great a well. The foreman grill is awesome for making up some quick meals.
