BF % estimate ( i know, im sorry)

I was just curious to know how far others think I have come. So was wanting to get an estimation at the start of my journey, as well as Where I am now.

I really didn't mean to come off as rude, sorry that you took it that way. I don't think I said it was a big deal or that it bothered me. I was trying to help you find the right spot, because I got a prompt response in that thread.

The after. Definitely over 20, maybe even over 25. Might be a bad pic though. What's your waist measure at the belly button?

i dunno about percentage... but there is 35 lbs difference in pics. i am terrible at estimating body fat tho. lol

do hard cardio and that will melt away, its about 23% though.

hard cardio is not a problem. I train/fight mma every day...2-4 hours. thats how ive dropped the 35 lbs so far

I would guess still in the 30% range. The work you have done so far is great. My suggestion would be not to worry about your bf% and just work towards achievable goal.

When I started my transformation I was 36% and I didn't have it checked again until I was at 15%. I think if i would have checked it more I would have gotten discouraged and possibly quit. Don't get wrapped up in numbers. Go by how you feel and what you see in the mirror. Wory about the numbers when you are close to low teens.

yeah i hear ya there. im not getting caught up in the numbers, i was just curious. i threw away my scale a while back, only reason i know what i weigh now is a doctors apt. im more worried about body image than i am certain weight. and i know that ive lost fat and added muscle since the 1st picture for sure. thanks for the kind words tho
