Will this knock me out of ketosis if I'm barely meeting the high fat/protein requirement?
Will I still lose body fat?
I also eat less than 20 grams of Carbs!!!
Help me please.. I'm not trying to kill myself.
I'm barely taking in 1300 calories of protein/fat a day.
I'm 22.. 292lbs body fat 30

If you are seriously 292 and taking in 1300 calories you need to seriously change your diet now. You need WAY more calories than that - you are at a very unhealthy level. If keto is the method you want to go you should be taking in way more fat (actually with any diet plan you should be taking in way more fat).
Do you have any idea where your maintenance calories are?
I'd have to imagine you are needing closer to 200-250g of fat per day and right now you aren't even close to that.

Start here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981
This will give you a good idea of what your maintenance calories are. From there keep track of your calories and your weight to find your true maintenance. Then reduce that number by 10-20% to safely lose weight.
You can find plenty of cheap fatty foods. Buy 75/25 ground beef. Olive oil can add in plenty of calories very easily to boost fat. Find olive oil on sale and drink as much as you need in a day to get to your fat or calorie goals. Eggs are very cheap. When I was doing keto I was taking in 2000 calories per day and doing so at less than $50 per week groceries.

Uhm what are you eating. Give a sample. And look up intermittent fasting.
By the way, I don't think you are 217LBM. That's VERY good. If you hold that much LBM you won't be here asking this type of question. And also IF you are 217LBM eating that little of calories won't be enough to hold it. My assumption is that your calculation is off.

Yes, you will stay in ketosis.
Also, 6 meals a day is not needed. Heck you could eat 1 a day and do fine."Arterial plaque is primarily composed of unsaturated fats particularly polyunsaturated ones." (Felton, C V, et al, Lancet, 1994, 344:1195)

Sorry I think my calculations were off... And I'm basically eating steak and roasted chicken strips(pure fat and protein)...I drink nothing but water,I also eat peanut butter, and hard boiled eggs... I eat NO CARBS whatsoever.
thanks for the info, and say I ate less then 1500 calories of fats and protein a day.. Would I still stay in ketosis.. Because I heard that the body when not getting enough fats.. Will start to tear away at muscle and fat loss will platue. I really need this fat loss diet.. It's my only means at the time. I also excersise everyday.. hIIT jump rope, run a mile a day... And play low intensity(practice level) basketball. I also don't feel hungry throughout the day.
