Hi, I found this machine on google search. I saw the same machine in my gym. Can this machine give the same result as "reverse hack squat"? http://www.pro-fitness.com/front_squat_machine.htm

Wait I think I know what this is... I'm thinking of a hack squat as a barbell lift, basically like a deadlift only the bar's behind you instead of in front of you. So the reverse of THAT is a deadlift (assuming you mean reverse on the front/back plane and not up/down or anything).
But what thi scould mean is the reverse of the hack squat MACHINE, where you're basically on sort of a sled. So the reverse of that is when you're squatting with a sled only it's in front of you. I've seen this exercise before it's pretty cool. I think it has handles, so you can sort of deadlift it, but besides handles there's also a spot for your shoulders, so it lets you spread out the pressure for where the weight is anchored to your body.
This is a pretty good idea, and I think it works calves a bit too since you can lean forward with heels off the ground. It really reminds me of sprinting or tackling, that angle, badass use of a machine.

Reverse Hack Squat as demonstrated by Charles Glass:

Be very carefull on when doing the reverse hacksquat. Make sure you are not destroying your achilles tendon. If you don't know what I mean watch the video. Many of life's failures are men who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
