Clearly already lifting when he started. Nobody maintains that low BF with that kind of muscle distrobution unless you're a gifed god.
Also that much gain is possible in that timeframe... but not maintaining that BF%. Roidin it up.

it looks like he LOST bodyfat, gained 15-20lbs of lean mass...which is completely achieveable natty....just not in 8 months.
that physique is attainable natty though...would just take 1.5+ years imo
