    I think it depends on what exercises you are focusing on. When I do legs , I don't plan on being in the gym longer than say 45 minutes after leg press, leg extensions, hamstrings, and calves.

    For arms it may be closer to 1 hour and 15 minutes for bench, curls, triceps, etc

    I tend to do around 24 sets with each starting every 3 mins, although it usually ends up being about 90 mins in total with slightly longer pauses with the heavy compounds.

    Sometimes i finish a workout really quickly like say 30 minutes but other times it takes an hour and a half. Which is why I ask. My shoulder day ends pretty quickly.

    It all depends on what your lifting for, strenght, rip, or size. Strenght is heavy weights 20 to 45 mins, rip is lightish weights can be 45 to 2 hours, size is 8 to 12 rep max 45 to 1hour maybe hour and a half.

    How long do your workouts typically last?

    i usually take abot 1 hour to 1.5 hours max .
    if you workout properly 1 hour is much to consume much energy which you have.
