    Scott Herman Fitness?

    I watch a lot of this guy's videos for doing workout on youtube and find them very useful. However there are always a few comments claiming he has no idea what he is talking about. Anyone know if this guy is the real deal or is it better to stay away?

    He's full of ****.

    His squat form demonstrations for the variants suck because he has no idea what he is talking about.

    I would ignore him, and acquire knowledge and what not elsewhere.

    He is the typical guy who has a decent upper body but chicken legs
    Some of his videos are useful for learning form but others aren't quite so good
    I watch the videos from time to time though

    he has some good demonstrations, but a lot are horrible form. but he's not catering to bodybuilders or powerlifters, he's catering to the general public.

    one things for sure, he should learn to squat. it looks like a quarter squat mated with a good morning.
