    X-factor Stack (bulking)

    Hi guys !
I'm reading the forum almost 3 years so far, but now i need to some help
155lbs, 22 years old, working out for straight 4 years so far, doing leangains protocol right now. I do one rep max - bench 2BW, deadlift 2,5BW and squat 2 BW. I'm under 10% BF but i get tired of being this lean and now i'm going for THE bulk. I know how to train and eat, also familiar with supplements, but i need some info in here. Here is my stack:
    Workout 3 times per week.
    X-factor - original - 2 bottles - 4caps preworkout and 1~2 on off days
ALCAR 500 (100 Capsules) By: Serious Nutrition Solutions - 2 grams per day - 1 capsule morning, 2 preworkout, 1 evening
iForce Hemavol powder Lemon drop - as labeled
    Pump-Bol - as labeled
American Iso (5 lb) By: Muscle Gauge Nutrition - as needed to hit my macros
Universal daily formula - 2caps per day
Gaba (bulk) - as labeled 500 micrograms before bed
Cissus (bulk) - as labeled 3 times per day by 750 micrograms

The vitamins, GABA and Cissus i got already from my last stack, so its about half bottles of each.
Is everything good or should i change something ? Hemavol and Pump Bol - should i take them on my off days ?

Why hemovol AND pump-bol? I would personally say you're overdoing it. Get bulk BA and CM/agmatine if that's what you want. You can add Glycergrow (GMS) if you want but it's not necessary.

Alcar - better than LCLT - L-carnitine L-tartarate so Acetyl L-carnitine is even better. That's what i've read in the thread about Maximizing ArA. GlycerGrow is not a product which i like so i would be fine without it. Also Hemavol got the same stuff Glycerol Monosterate as Glycergrow. There are also Agmatine Sulfate in it and CM, so it's kind-a all in one. I will def drop Pump-Bol, but what about cissus, why dropping it ? It's not like an omega fatty acid, and i read that it is fine with ArA in same thread i pointed above. I will add some BA, by SnS.
So what about hemavol on my off days ? And something about food - eggs are fine, but what about eggs with butter ? I'm confused about the butter ? Can i cook all of the food with butter or should i drop it ?
Sorry for the bad english, but it's not my mother language

LCLT is better than ALCAR and cissus is anti inflammitory

That stack is excessive, trim the pump-bol keep the Hemavol if you wish to keep an NO product in the mix (although x-Factor will already have you covered in the pump department).

Cissus you could keep in, but it certainly is not going to help. Plenty of people have used cissus and it hasnt necessarily negated their XF/XFA cycle but it surely wont aid in it.

You could consider buying bulk glycerol monosterate with some of the cash you are saving and as for carnitine sources ALCAR is fine, some prefer L-Carnitine L-Tartate, but just get whatever is cheapest for you or most convenient.

Okay, getting LCTL instead of ALCAR and dropping cissus and pump-bol aside.

All those are fine. Pretty much just try to minimize them.. A bit won't really hurt, but you shouldn't be chugging krill oil

Naah no krill oil and fish, flaxseeds and so on. I mainly eat meat, eggs, diary products, a lot of veg and oats. It's just i have been for a long time on high fats, low carb eating, and now I have to switch to more high carbs, moderate fats diet. Of course protein is always high enough.
I don't drink sodas, alcohol, don't do drugs so i think i will be fine if i don't die of overpump in the gym

He said it won't really make a huge difference. You really have to try in order to really hinder gains from ArA, but cissus is not a good idea with ArA

That is pretty much my stance, it likely will not hurt, but certainly wont help much.

People really get out of sorts about what they can and cant take on XF/XFA, most likely ones gains will not be hindered unless they are using NSAIDS, doing high doses of fish or flax, supplementing with sesamin or taking olive oil shots regularly.

You all can still enjoy your fish a few times a week, peanut butter in reasonable amounts as needed, etc just dont make these the entirety of your diet. Eating steak, lean burgers, eggs, chicken, etc is not a harsh request, they are generally the most delightful foods! The only change I ever have to make when on XFA is lowering my fish oil and cycling off of Animal Flex which I already do routinely and only stay on it maybe 4 months a year.

Everything in moderation is the key to much of life, including a good X-Factor cycle.

So with all of that in mind, first time users can ease their minds of worries about constant contradictions in their supplementation. Even better yet, drop the abundance of supps that dont do much and spend that money on your next X-Factor cycle as rarely do I hear of people who only used it once!

OMG...mother of all supplements what the f*ck happened to me today It was my first day on ArA + Hemavol + 2gr of LCTL - THIS IS MADNESS I haven't even started to warm up when I felt that my shirt is shrinking. It was insane, so much, that i want now to be all the time on this stuff. I think this is beyond any of the supplements stacks i've ever done in my life. This is my first time of ArA + Agmatine (Hemavol) - WIN WIN WIN. I hope these effects will last all of my 50 days cycle. Everything was there - power, endurance, pump, energy...I'm in love with this sh*t
And Hemavol lemon drop tastes superb.

Wow, just reading that stack gave me a pump, X-Factor alongside NO supps is certainly pure win.

Hemavol is certainly among the best stim free preWO options and absolutely something I will be using with my next X-Factor cycle starting up in a few weeks, I'll just be doing the pills as Im stocked up on those.

I'm already stocked with 2 bottles What i did today was 10 sets of bench press + 10 sets of squads for 5 reps each. It's a spider stamina workout program. U can google it.
I used over 200lbs for bench press and over 260lbs for squats. At some point i will give a try to mix hemavol + ArA + Pump-Bol, just an experiment for a day, to see if i'm going to die from overpump
And in the middle of the ArA cycle I may add BioV3, but it's just depends on the $$$

No worries. I'll give it a few more days, if not just purchase separately. Thanks for the email with the info. Can't wait to give it a try.
