    Lower back Soreness after working legs

    Yesterday I did a new leg workout. I did 4 sets each of squats, calf raises, leg curls and lying leg curls. Today, my lower back is pretty damn sore like right above my glutes. I was thinking it's from the lying leg curls. Does this sound ok to you guys?

    prolly the squats

    concentrate on raising your hips and straightening your legs at the same rate while keeping the weight on your heels and hips rather than back and knees

    Thanks guys, ya, it looks like it is from squats after looking at that link. It's pretty damn sore, but seems like it will go away in a few days.
