Talking Please critique my workout/fitness plan/diet/goals/etc I NEED HELLP

rather than ask a complex question I will layout my current schedule/routine/diet and I want to know what kind of results will this regime bring?

    Weights:

I lift 1 day then cardio the next day

    Weight routine:

Two muscles in one day: biceps/back, triceps/chest, delts/legs.
I do these in a superset fashion. Resting 20-30 seconds between one superset and
the other. Meaning I do a triceps set immediately followed by a chest set THEN I rest.
After weights I do a bit of HIIT. (30 seconds sprint, 20 seconds light jog).

    Cardio:

I do a long run of either a 5k or 10k (depending on weather conditions, weather here is ****ing
    unpredictable as ****.

    Diet/supps:

I take a multivitamin each day, creatine (mono) each day (pre-workout and even on my non-lifting days) and whey shake (post-workout even on my long run days).

I try to eat every 3 hrs, I'm not into ketogenic diets anymore so I balance my macros as good as I can. I'm off processed foods. Try to get in about 2000-2500 kcal a day.

Critique the **** out of this if you think I'm doing anything that would seriously hinder my fitness goals, which would be to get slightly leaner (add anywhere from 10-15lbs of muscle) while losing bodyfat (currently at 16% would want to be at least a 10-12%)
We must become the change we want to see.
