My day
545 get up.. throw dinner in slow cooker
645 be at work
330 is last break.. I have a big bowl of oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein
530 done work (10 hour days 5 to 7 days a week depending how busy we are)
Home by 6.. clean myself up..
630 at gym. Train for an hour..
Home around 745
Eat dinner
830 do dishes and pack leftovers for next day.. pack lunch and supplements for next day.
Take shower
In bed by 930
Wednesday and Sunday I take off from the gym..
I work as a pipefitter for an oil company. I spend most of my day with a grinder. Yesterday I was working with a 7 inch grinder for 8 hours. Went to the gym and had a great ARM workout.
I have no social life at all. I literally work, eat, train and sleep 7 days a week.
