citmal for sure. its cheap and lasts a long time even at the hgiher end of the scale with 8g per workout. 200g/8g=25 workouts. 25/5 workout a week=5 weeks 4x a week =6.25 weeks. 3x a wek=8 weeks. and 200g can be had for 12-25 bucks so its pretty cost effective. agmatine is a nice bonus though. its a staple for me now. 1g per workout means between 50 cents and a dollar per workout which is pretty hefty but i think its worth it. 4x a week adds up to 16 bucks a month which aint bad.
hemavol is a great option as well especially since they came out with the powder. mmmm. avgs about 20 bucks a month for 5g citmal,1g agmatine, 2g gms, 250mg norvaline, and a nice supply of other goodies and b12 for energy.
