Keto Omelette

Guys. See what you think of this. Its my biggest meal of the day as i like to go to bed stuffed. Picture attached at the bottom.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Whisk eggs and add the milk. Chop everything up. Place it all in oven friendly pan. Doesn't matter on the order it goes in but i prefer the cheese to go on the top. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Thick Smoked Bacon - 44g
Free Range Eggs - 251g
Large Stringless Green Beans - 73g
Spring Onions - 32g
Milk - 2 Tablespoons
Skinless Chicken - 29g
Heinz Salad Cream - 20g

Note: if you dont have those extra carbs spare remove the green beans and substitute with something else.
