Just ate half a bag of doritos
something mentally wrong with me i guess. I can't stop. Bought 5 pounds of whey so i would drink one before bed so i wouldnt eat junk, but i can't resist, ever.
Just wish i could feel full , nothings ever worked. Im craving more now, probaly wrong area. Perhaps i need something to make me not hungry.
Any suggestions, and yes, i am a weak person mentally, thats why i don't drink or smoke, , if i did , id be great at it

The best is Doritos (nacho flavor) with hot sauce, like Tapatio or Valentinas.

Have a little goddamn self-control? If building a physique matters to you, you will learn to live with being too full while bulking and being hungry for carbs and tired at very low bodyfat levels. Perhaps you should look into knitting if this isn't for you.

nope, i never feel full, ever. Eat a meal at 11pm 1 and 3 am? Ive also been up 15 days straight and doc says all test normal. Stuff happens.
