Welcome to the Extreme Dips Crew brahs. This is a crew for the weighted dippers who strap multiple plates to there dips. ALL submissions must be a video with your weight listed or stated in the video. Also try and get the plates in the video, sometimes it is hard to tell. You must go to PARALLEL on each rep, NO half reps will be allowed.

In on this...Nice reps on those weights. I hit 18 with 90 lbs, but only 6 with 135 (No vids). Going for 20 and 10 respectively by the end of August.

If you can do 135 for 8, 4 plates is easily doable, but I've never gotten it more than twice. I hit 135 for 4-5 reps and I think it was about 2 weeks later I got 4 plates for one. I haven't bothered with it for awhile though, it was a bit too hard on the shoulders for my liking. Good luck with it though

Best I've done is 4 plates + 25 for 4 reps. Don't have a vid, but I will get a dip vid soon. I've got a powerlifting meet coming up this weekend, so it will be 2 weeks before I hit weighted dips again.
