Help!
I am a mother of 3, and have worked out on and off. I have not been active for over a year, I am 20 lbs over weight and I want to get into body sculpting but have no clue where to start, what questions to ask, what my diet should be, ect.... any info or advice would be very much appreciated.

u just need to eat less calories then you burn. there are alot of tips in the nutrition and fat loss sections of this site. also u might want to look into an at home fitness program if getting to a gym is a problem since you have 3 kids. honestly alot of people on here bash it but i would recommend p90x they have a lean and a regular version and if you dont know too much about working out its a great way to start. plus its only about an hour a day. hope this helps a little and good luck
