    Full body workout (cardio) ?

    I am on a beginners plan where i do three full body workouts a week and do exercises that are compound movements. Essentialy i do one exercise for each muscle, do i still need to throw in cardio on all the off days, or maybe 2 days or not at all? thanks guys im kinda lost

    you can if you want.

    hiit is the best for this.

    5 minute warm-up
    10-15 minutes of intervals (15 seconds all out sprint, 45 seconds walk/jog)
    5 minute rest

    i'd recommend starting at 1 day a week of cardio then do 2 if you feel you can handle it and not hinder recovery

    Definitely throw in cardio. You don't have to do it every off day, your body needs a complete off day or 2 to recover. But I would recommend cardio for sure at least twice a week
