I am on a beginners plan where i do three full body workouts a week and do exercises that are compound movements. Essentialy i do one exercise for each muscle, do i still need to throw in cardio on all the off days, or maybe 2 days or not at all? thanks guys im kinda lost

Definitely throw in cardio. You don't have to do it every off day, your body needs a complete off day or 2 to recover. But I would recommend cardio for sure at least twice a week
