    What does Lean Muscle Mass mean ?

    Hey, I was wondering.. What does Lean Muscle Mass mean ?
    I'm trying to loss weight until my goal 180 lbs and now i'm still stuck at 187 lbs..
    Do i need to avoid a supplement with Lean Muscle Mass on the inside ?

    op i'd avoid any supplements if it had lean muscle mass in the ingredient list.





























































    i think you mean lean body mass. its the weight of your bones,muscles,organs,fluids.

    Heyy guys i want yours opinion on Myoplex original..i am really confused with the product..i want to gain muscle but i dont know if it will help me :S does anyone have any idea about it?
