Hi everyone,
I just have a couple simple questions:
If I want to do some light cardio for 10-20 minutes after I lift for 2 hours, which would you recommend, Bike, Treadmill or Elliptical machine? My goal is to stay lean while losing as little muscle mass as possible. Is HIIT recommended?
