What does everybody think about calf sleeves?

I was thinking of getting on but only half way up my shin, cant find a good example on the net and I have the imagination of a fish so it'll take a while to plan.

Its more the thickness/ammount of coloured parts is what I like. Something like that then a couple of personal bits I've yet to decide on.

Thoughts? Homo/Nohomo?

Yeah well gonna monitor because as I said I want 0.3-0.5lbs a week hopefully insuraning LEAN GAINDS. Do you think 370g/300g carbs is low? If I end up having to up calories on weekdays(because thay's where the problem will be) I'll try to add plenty of carbs. But I'm hopin this will work. Also hoping I wont gain much fat .. Definatly more confident about this rather my last bulk, lows of 4.5k and highs of 5k lol...

Your carbs are only too low if you're not gaining.

If you end up at 80g Fat, 500g of carbs, 210g of protein and are still not gaining then your carbs are too low. Just keep increasing them until you are gaining roughly 0.5lb per week or slightly under.

Make sure you take before pictures so you can see the results. I think pictures are much better for progress then relying on scales IMO.

Veni Vidi Vici is a decent one, but everyone will get it because of zyzz so there's no way I would get it. I like small-ish ones like that rather than sleeves etc to be honest. Reps for life if you get a huge bert face on your back

At the start it's like 100 a week, don't spend like mad though because when you get your place for next year and you'll need to pay a deposit, mine was around £350 (srs) in the middle of term. which was a bitch. still, had over £200 left over after the year.

Try get the majority of your calories from carbohydrates rather than fats... read in the nutrition section that when in a surplus (hypercaloric state), More carbs will promote better perfomance and lean gains.

This year I'm only going to predrink and not buy any drinks when out. Save money and don't like getting smashed anyway.

had about £110 a week after accomodation, but i work through the summer. didn't have a job in term time but i recommend getting one as it will make it way easier.
£50 a week is definitely possibleto live off though

Tribal is becoming too common imo unless you go for a specific Polynesian style. However I wouldn't get one unless I had some tribal blood in me.

getting more depressed by the day, same thing everyday. Cant even go out and enjoy myself like I used to, out of uni with no job or nothing. Sucks cus most of my mates are in the same situation and are slowly turning into depressed emo's as well.
