After several months off due to injuries I have finally been able to start working out again. My goal by the end of the year is simple. Become bigger, stronger, faster than I am today. No real body fat goals or lifting stats, I simply want to become the person I have always perceived my self to be.
Next three months I will be following a 3 days split consisting of
Max-Effort Upper Body
Dynamic-Effort Lower Body
Off
Repetition Upper Body
Max-Effort Lower Body
Off
Off
My upper body tends to be my weakest part (as you will see throughout the journal) but I hope to change that in the given months. As a side bonus I plan to include my nutrition as daily accountability and I have a bodybugg to include calories burned for the day.
