    Aspiring Natural Bodybuilder, 5 10, 165 lbs, 18 YO, Coming off cut. Suggestions?

    Title pretty much says it all. Any advice on improving my physique? I have just come off my cut, and am looking to add overall size now.

    chest and traps needs some bulking but everything else looks pretty good

    Good arms, delts and legs. Traps, chest and lats are lacking
    Concentrate on deads and bench pressing for a while
    Nice lean aesthetic physique though, and good job for 18
    You've got plenty of time to add more mass and balance out that frame

    My suggestion is to concentrate on putting size on all-around, as your symmetry is good. Good luck, man.
