    Fat intake too low?

So after using the thread posted above I calculated my needs to be around 3300 cals a day, and have been trying to hit around 2400-2600 to create a solid deficit. I've been hitting a solid 220g of protein a day and around 200g of carbs, but only around 60-70gs of fat. I read that fat intake should be anywhere around .45-1g per lbs and was wondering if having such low fat intake would hurt me in my attempt to lose bf while keep/gaining strength. I work 7-8hrs a day as a construction worker so i've been trying to get advice about my diet and such in order to keep my training in line. thanks and reps to anyone who's willing to give me a hand
    Started: 285 lbs
