drinking protein shakes/weight gainer = bloated as fuk
drinking any homemade shake = bloated
drinking any type of Pre-WO supp mixed with water i.e. jack3d, 1MR = bloated as fuk, for like the next 5+ hours. brb take it at 1 and belching at like 7.
drinking milk = bloated to the max, waist goes from size 32 to size 38 (srs). Lactaid does
nothing.
drinking water = sometimes bloated. drinking water after weight gainer makes me bloated
like crazy though, every time.
So wtf is wrong with me? wat do.

Let me tell you something, you think you know what "faith" is? Faith is more than just a five dollar shirt from Zellers with a picture of Jesus on the back, punk. I used to go to church every Sunday and pay my dues, until one day the priest asked me, "son, do you even lift?" well that infuriated me. What does this guy think he's doing? I'm 255lbs of PURE muscle and I work out every single day. I eat nothing but chicken and rice, and I take progress pictures every single day. So I looked that mother****er in the eye and said, "are you aware there are people in this world with that condition?" he wasn't aware my mother was a truck driver and she found Jesus on the 405 in the middle of the night all hopped up on pills and energy drinks. Well I just about felt like going Kerouac on his ass I'll tell you that much. But hey, everyone is an Internet tough guy but say that to my face and see what happens.

could be lactose intolerance. If your protein is milk-based it could be a factor. It's estimated that up to 1 in 3 people are lactose intolerant to some extent. Keep in mind you can develop lactose intolerance later in adult life even if you never experienced it as a childI eat 'cuz i'm happy and i'm happy 'cuz i eat

I used to think it was from drinking it to fast. Chugging milk, weight gainer, the supps, w/e. But even when I sipped it same ****. And for the lactose intolerance..I don't know if I am or not but regardless i used to take a bunch of lactaid before drinking the milk. Not only does all this stuff bloat me it gets me drained..tired and it feels like the energy is sucked out of me or something.

nope. I know quickmass has creatine. And I just started taking purple k again..so..I dunno. For example yesterday I took a PWO with a light breakfast in the morning (baked beans, 2 bagels), then I felt a little bloated for the next 4 hrs or so nothing major tho. Came home, ate a pizza, then drank 3 scoops of quickmass about an hour later. Felt bloated as fuk, drank water after and it was just making it worse. Felt bloated for like the next 4 hours til I went to sleep.
