    3-days a week, cardio on off-days?

After i've finished Kris Gethin's program i plan to do 3-days a week full body and eating at maintenance for 3 weeks (before my vacation - which is one week) so it's a 1month eating a maintenance. Then i want to start bulking... here is the problem

I've heard alot of cons about fullbody 3-day.... fat gains, could i prevent that with cardio on off days? Or should i just let my body revcover?

IMO it is easier to control fat loss/gain with diet rather than cardio.

i know, but if im bulking?

Lets say my maintenance is around 2500cals (on days im working out) but around 2000cals on "Off-days" - and while i'm bulking i would be eating around 3000cals a day (way too much on off days)

Should i eat less on Off then?

Did i just answer my own question here?

Sorry iPhone decided I was done typing. If people gain weight on a full body workout it's because of their diet. Do the cardio if you want but really focus on your diet to control the fat. Just my opinion.

i have one more question about fullbody training.

Would it be okey to train one day and rest the day after and repeat (like this)
    day1: fullbody
    day2: rest
    day3: fullbody
    day4: rest
    day5: fullbody
    day6: rest
    day7: fullbody
    day8: rest
    day9: fullbody
    day10: rest

    instead of
    day1: fullbody (monday)
    day2: rest
    day3: fullbody
    day4: rest
    day5: fullbody
    day6: rest
    day7: rest (sunday)

i need the 4 days of rest, you might not. Give it a try and if you can contitnue to progress on your lifts then great. If you stall you might need more rest too.

I've been reading bulking for beginners here on the forum and seen some diffrent opinions on workouts/training

Would a split routine be a better option while bulking?

I don't think it is coincidence that every other thread on here is someone asking for advice on there split because theirs just isn't working. IMO a routine that hits each muscle group 2 to 3 times a week is optimum for mass gain for most lifters; unless your on drugs or one of the few who are very advanced or just genetically gifted.
