They seem to have a handsome protein and fibre as well carb content though high in sugar as well as some fat
Whats your guys take on them? For breakfast with an egg and some brown toast

Almost every day at 11am. 93/7 Turkey and 1 can of baked beans, typically bushs original recipe. Great source of Carbs, fiber, and some protein up in there as well. Throw in some black olive and jalapeno and you got urself what I refere to as my "Ghetto Chili" Fuking filling and great macros!
For the beans specifically
1 can
490 calories
3.5g fat
101.5g carbs
17.5g fiber
21g protein
Turkey is
800 calories
40g fat
0g carb
