Does it matter what time of day you workout as long as you get your workout in? I read somewhere (not sure if it's broscience or not) if you workout at the same time each day your testosterone is higher during that time? If it's true is it actually a signifcant amount of testosterone? The reason I ask is because I have to go to the gym at different times each day which sucks but I have to workout my job hours. Some days I have to go in the morning, sometimes at lunch, and sometimes late at night.
Thanks for any help.
