Hi guys, well its time to start my "real" bodybuilding. im lifting for about 7 months but i think im not doing it right. well im here to ask your help about how should be my nutrition to start a bulk work. Im 1,75cm and 63kg (139~pounds)

Sort your diet out first take time to understand the whole thing read up as much as you can cos it's confusing the first time you read bout macros and other things! once your diet Is sorted you should be able to make easy gains! Don't worry bout supplements poss get some protein but you won't need anything else at the moment, just plenty of foods and workouts
