    Mass gainer decision

    Hey guys, i´ve been strugling with putting on some weight mainly cause i can´t manage to get all the calories i should, so i'm buying a weight gainer. These are the ones available in my country with their respective prices, hope you guys can tell which would be the most beneficial regarding quality/price.

    -Muscletech mass tech 7lb - 63 usd
    -Gaspari real mass 6lb - 47 usd
    -Biosport xtreme gainer 6lb - 47 usd
    -Musclemeds carnivor mass 6lb - 61 usd
    -Musclepharm iron mass 5lb - 63 usd
    -Bsn true mass 5,8lb - 60 usd
    -Dymatize super mass gainer 6lb - 35 usd
    -ON serious mass 6lb - 56 usd

    Btw i'm 20 years old, 5 ft 10 in and 171lb.

    If you really want to, you can pour in a 1/2 cup of sugar too. Because that's what you're paying for in most gainers. Don't let the label fool you. Maltodextrin is sugar.

    The best option is to just eat more whole foods. You may find that you have to force yourself to eat when not hungry on occasion. Mass gainers are convenient though. I use a half serving of our MassTech on occasion but add 1-2 scoops of similar flavored whey protein. I prefer those type of macros a lot better.

    This is the best way to go about it! Easier to fit your needed macros this way.

    Nothing wrong with using a gainer at your size and age, I did the same thing and I feel I benefited greatly from it. I just really enjoyed the convenience of a "shake". And for me it was much easier to drink my calories then eat them.

    Good list so far, also check out iForce's Mass Gainz. The ingredient profile is very impressive. Very simple and too the point. No fillers and no junk you don't need.

    OP, I'd recommend doing this. It will taste a lot better (in my opinion) and will be a lot cheaper $$$.

    Have you looked at the amount of calories/macros that you require daily?

    This ^^ the gainers can be very convenient for work, travelling and busy schedules..

    iForce's Mass Gainz is a great product and great profile.

    Nutrabolics Isogainer and BB.com Ultimate Mass are two other great gainers with solid profiles and carb/fat sources..not just whey&sugar (as you get with most gainers)

    I honestly would rather just make my own or just eat more real food...weight gainers make me feel extremely bloated and they actually prevent me from eating more. They make you feel so full

    My two favorite mass gainers are MHP Up your mass and iForce Mass Gainz.. Both utilize whole foods as carb sources which is what you need imo.
