    Lats on westsides

    My lats are a weak spot for me and I am working on that. My question is can you lift heavy on ME and DE days? I don't feel they are getting enough work. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

    lots of upper back accesories. I saw a video of Chuck V. and he did lat pulls workout. He used them as a warmup for squats too.
