I can't always meet my daily requirements of protein per day even with my protein shakes. I was wondering which protein powder has the most grams of protein per scoop and can you let me know be calories per scoop too. I am bulking right now too.

There are different sized scoops available depending on the protein powder. The most common being a scoop ~70cc which should give around 25-30 grams of protein powder per scoop. Some use a ~90cc scoop which would yield around 35-40 grams of protein powder. This means you need to look at the label and determine how much protein per scoop if that's what you are interested in.
Having said all of that you could simply add an additional scoop to your shake. There isn't any restriction saying you have to have only 1 scoop. I would also recommend actually weighing the protein powder to make sure you are actually getting the full serving with a scoop. Different types of protein powders have different densities. With a Whey protein you get about 25 grams in a level 70cc scoop while with Casein you can get 30+ grams in a scoop.
Basically if your happy with your current protein powder, just throw in an additional scoop into your shake.
As another poster has said you should try to get your protein through whole foods and protein powders should be used as a convenience.
Good luck with your bulk!My body is the clay I am molding to the shape I desire and hardening it with fire.
It's just weight. I move it with the power of my will. If I don't have the willpower it will not move.

My own brand has the most protein per scoop. 1 scoop = 1000 grams of protein.

No, "scoop," generally refers to 70 cc's, sometimes 90 cc's. And sometimes it is a, "heaping scoop," sometimes, "level scoop," and sometimes just, "scoop." And guess what, if you weigh the contents of the scoop on a scale you will NEVER get the same weight as is listed on the tub as a serving.

Protein per scoop is nearly meaningless. Scoop sizes do vary, some powders are fluffier/sandier than others, and the non-protein portion could be filler or worthwhile.
I would suggest considering some different metrics:
- Protein density (grams protein per scoop / grams powder per scoop)
- Price per gram of protein (tub price / servings in tub / grams protein per serving)
- Protein concentration (calories from protein per scoop / total calories per scoop)

Yea its all about protein grams vs total grams of the scoop.
I remember 5+1 used to be a big brand, but it was 6lbs of whey with 4-5g of carbs per serving. The whole extra lb was carbs.
Now flavoring these days takes up part of the as well, so 90+ is solid in my book if you just happen to like a certain flavor....and its less so be it. Work that into the macros. No Longer with Cellucor....do not contact directly for assistance, please see Official Rep Thread for assistance or contact Cellucor directly at Cellucor.com
