All you have to do is be at a caloric deficit as mentioned above and continously lose weight up until you reach full skeleton mode. No secret to getting his physique. A fat burner will only suppress appetite and increase energy at most (with a few exceptions of course) Paige hathaways fat burner is absolute trash though. Man I swear to god im not. Diet was never a strong point with me. I always knew what was healthy and what wasn't but when it came to knowing what was " simple " and " complex " or counting your macros and stuff like that I never bothered with it.
