so i went to the calories and macros thread and it said , IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE 18, then it won't apply to me. im 16 , so my question is , what am i supposed to do now to gain muscle ?

Workout and eat. Pretty simple. The reason why you shouldn't get crazy with diet and training before your 18 is because many of the muscles in your body aren't fully developed yet. Going on strict diets and overloading your muscles may cause your natural growth to stop prematurely. For now you should just eat 'normally' and keep active. Play basketball, go jogging, do pushups/chinups/situps ect. Beleive it or not just by staying active and doing calisthenics you can get in pretty good shape.
