    Go to In N Out, you can order a 2x2 or 3x3, 4x4, 6x6 etc in whatever number you want. First number is meat, 2nd is cheese,so you could get 5x1 etc as well.get fries well done, much better.

    Chik-Fil-A regular, spicy, or grilled chicken sandwiches. All have 30g+ in the protein category, and they're tasty as hell I think. Yeah, it's not deep fried as much as the other places, but I still love it.

    They're deep fried, but they start with whole chicken breasts and bread them there on-site. They're fried in non-hydrogenated peanut oil.

    Think I'll get me 3 or 4 of the spicy chicken sandwiches tomorrow on my way home... ;c)

    Correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is the "ToughMudder" is not a "race" and no winner is declared. It is simply a personal test and only thing that is documented is if you finish or not. So why do you have a time posted?

    non hydrogenated before the oil is put in a fryer... when in the fryer it becomes hydrogenated
